Kindly Note:
  • Complimentary setup of buffet tables with skirting and disposable cutleries
  • Ordered items are subjected to changes without prior notification
  • Setup of catering should be arranged on ground level or lift landing level
  • Maximum eating time of 3hours (according to NEA guideline)
  • Last equipment clearing time for evening event by 10.00pm
  • Transport charge: $70.00 per day (inclusive of 2 sessions a day for Half-Day Seminar)
  • Transport charge: $100.00 per day (inclusive of 3 sessions a day for Full-Day Seminar)
  • Surcharge of $10.00 per session for deliveries to Sentosa/RWS, Jurong Island, Tuas, Lim Chu Kang, CBD
  • Complimentary waiver of transport charge for an order of $1500.00 and above, per day
  • All prices stated are subjected to prevailing GST
  • Orders should be placed and confirmed at least 3 days prior to date of event
  • Preferred date and time slots are subjected to availability
  • Last minute orders are subjected to availability of date and time slots

  • Acceptance and confirmation of order must be done by fax or email, agreed by both parties
  • Changes to orders less than 48hours prior to event date, will not be entertained
  • Any loss and/or damage of equipment or setup displays will be charged as we deem fit
  • 30% charge on total value for orders cancelled / postponed less than 3days prior to date of event
  • 100% charge on total value for orders cancelled / postponed 1day prior and/on date of event
  • Cancellations / postponement must be made in writing, agreed by both parties
  • Terms of payment: C.O.D
  • Exact cash or cheque crossed and made payable to: 'KATE'S CATERING PTE LTD'
