General Terms & Conditions
- Buffet includes table setup, warmers, biodegradable cutleries, serviettes, and trash bags.
- All deliveries are strictly to ground level or lift landing level only.
- No climbing of stairs or steps from unloading area to setup point.
- Last daily Eating Time is at 6.30pm.

Order Changes & Cancellations
- No changes to order quantity, menu, timing, or date are allowed within 5 working days prior to delivery.
- 50% charge applies for orders cancelled or postponed within 7 working days prior to delivery date.
- 100% charge applies for orders cancelled or postponed within 5 working days prior to, or on, the delivery date.
- All cancellation or postponement requests must be made in writing and returned with acceptance to be effective.

Bento & Mini Buffet Delivery: $30.00
Buffet Catering Fee (includes setup, delivery & teardown): $80.00 - Delivery surcharge of $10.00 per trip applies to CBD area, Sentosa, and addresses with first two-digit postal codes 60–64 and 69–75.
- All prices quoted are subject to prevailing GST.

Payment Policy — All payments made are strictly non-refundable.
Full advance payment is required by the cutoff date stated in our quotation for us to process any request.
